- No Direct Sales: Globbiz does not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship any products listed on the platform.
- Independent Contracts: Any agreement, purchase order, or transaction made on the platform is strictly a contract between the Buyer and the Supplier.
2. Verified Supplier Status
- Suppliers may be granted a "Verified Supplier" badge after submitting specific corporate documentation and undergoing our vetting process.
- While we take reasonable steps to verify our suppliers, Globbiz does not guarantee the product quality, safety, legality, or delivery timelines of any individual supplier. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making bulk purchases.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users of the Platform agree not to:
- Violate any local, national, or international trade laws or regulations.
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content or product listings.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents) of others.
- Deploy viruses, scraping bots, or malicious code that could harm the Platform’s infrastructure.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globbiz shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Transactions, disputes, or contracts between buyers and suppliers.
- Delays, defects, or failures in the delivery or quality of sourced goods.
- The temporary unavailability or technical downtime of our Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform—including text, logos, graphics, and software—is the property of Globbiz or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use our branding, logo, or trademark without explicit written permission.
6. Changes to the Terms
Globbiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
