- Before placing a bulk order or finalizing a contract, buyers must review and agree upon the refund, return, and cancellation terms directly with the supplier.
- Any disputes regarding product quality, incorrect shipments, or damaged goods must be resolved directly with the supplier responsible for the order.

While we do not issue refunds, Globbiz is committed to maintaining a safe and reliable marketplace.
- Verified Suppliers: We strictly vet our suppliers to ensure business legitimacy and minimize trade risks.
- Dispute Support: If you experience a significant issue with a supplier (such as fraud or a breach of contract), you can report them to our compliance team. While we cannot force a refund, we will investigate the supplier and take appropriate platform actions, including the potential removal of their "Verified Status" or account.
3. Tips for Secure B2B Sourcing
To protect your business investment, we highly recommend:
- Requesting and approving product samples before placing large bulk orders.
- Using clear, written proforma invoices (PI) or purchase contracts that explicitly state the agreed-upon return and refund conditions.
